SOLIDAR new report on legal framework for social services
A report on a seminar which discussed the application of community law and the use of public procurement in the field of social services, organised by SOLIDAR together with 7 other European networks of social service providers, has been issued.
It is widely regarded as the first report of its kind as it brings together case studies and observations on social services over a wide range of different fields from homelessness to disability.
