The fourth edition of the "State of the Union, Schuman Report on Europe 2010" is being published by Editions Lignes de Repères. This reference work on Europe will be presented to the press on 2nd March together with the French Secretary of State for Ecolgy, Chantal Jouanno and Secretary of State for European Affairs, Pierre Lellouche, who like 24 other authors wrote an article for this edition.
