EAPN co-signs EPHA letter to European Council: EU leaders must focus on sustainable, equitable Europe that fosters, and is sustained by, a healthy population

Ahead of the European Council and right after the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council, please find attached an Open Letter to Heads of States that nine leading Members of the European Parliament and 65 leading trade unions, civil society organisations, health organisations and industry associations have signed up to, calling on Heads of States and governments to stop cutting essential health and welfare systems.
