EAPN Poland meets Polish Presidency representatives
On 1 October, in Warsaw a consultation meeting took place between Polish Presidency and NGOs. There were 4 parallel workshops divided by 4 priorities: 1. Foreign policy; 2. An energy policy; 3. Internal economy, innovation; 4. Intellectual capital, voluntary services.

FNARS (member of EAPN France) issues survey on minimum income recipients
A year after the creation and implementation of the Revenu de Solidarités Actives (RSA), ie new form of French minimum income system, FNARS carried out a survey with social workers in order to indentify the malfunctioning of the recently reshaped system. Results of the survey can be found on FNARS’ website.

PING ‘Poverty Is Not a Game’ is a ‘serious’ game to be used by schools as a teaching tool, and is accompanied by a handbook for teachers which draws extensively on the EAPN ‘Poverty explainer’. EAPN Portugal also contributed to the testing phase of the game earlier this year with a group of young people in Lisbon.
