This report reviews the first National Action Plans for Inclusion from the perspective of the reactions of the national EAPN Networks. It compares and contrasts the approach and content of the NAPincls of the 15 Member States. It then draws some overall conclusions.

At the end of the General Assembly, the EAPN delegates coming from the 15 Member States of European Union adopted the following final declaration.
