SUMMARY:Dignity and Well-being: Exchange for changing Seminar
DESCRIPTION:SMES-Europa\, with partners of the project Erasmus+\, organise the European Seminar : “Dignity and Well-being- Exchange for changing” \, to conclude and to disseminate the results of the Erasmus+ project. \nThe Seminar will take place in Warsaw on 9 May 2019.  \nThe purpose of this seminar is to exchange of experience and views on: \n\nhow to promote  fundamental rights and well-being for persons in extreme poverty situation\,  connected with severe mental health problems\, helping them for :\n\nsocial assistance\,\nadequate housing\,\nproper healthcare\,\nparticipation opportunities;\n\n\nhow to ensure better cooperation and coordination between services and institutions helping such persons – especially on the junction of social and health fields; \nhow to reach out to those isolated in most precarious conditions.\n\nMore information is available in this  MANUAL \nThe organization of this final European meeting is particularly assured by the local Erasmus+ partner: the Diocesan Caritas of Warsaw\, in collaboration with  the other seven partners: Applicant : Centro Hospitalar Psiquiátrico de Lisboa  (PT)  –  SMES-Europa (BE)  –  Projekt UDENFOR (DK)  – ISTITUTO ANDREA DEVOTO (IT)   –  Society  of  Social Psychiatry & Mental Health  (GR)  – PARC SANITARI SANT JOAN DE DEU (SP)    –  Midladns Simon Community (IRL) \n  \nAgenda\nThe agenda is available here \n  \nRegistration\nTo register\, please submit your registration before 20 April (you can find the registration form here)\nPlease send back this form filled in by email to: aczarnocki@caritasaw.pl\nOr contact Andrzej Czarnocki: +48 602 698 054
