The Italian Anti Poverty Network (CILAP) is a grouping of large, medium-sized and small non profit organisations acting against poverty and social exclusion at local level. Most are service providers, social enterprises and research and study centres.
CILAP was founded in 1992 as the Italian section of the European Anti Poverty Network.
