The European Commission is currently preparing the ‘non-paper’ (working document) which will be the first document for discussion on the Strategic Guidelines for the Structural Funds for 2007-2013, to be discussed at the Informal Council meeting on 20 May.
EAPN has outlined this initial position on the Guidelines. A further position paper will be developed once the Commission Communication is available.
