This conference is designed to provide the state-of-the-art research and best practice information about independent and scatter-site housing first model to end homelessness. Gathering a panel of international experts on this topic, researchers and program leaders, the conference program will feature a combination of panels and training workshops based on implementation and development of housing first programs, support services, research and evaluation, funding and policy change.
