EAPN writes to the EMPL Committee of the EP ahead of the vote on the Guidelines for Employment Policies of the Member States

EAPN urged MEPs to vote in favour of a number of amendments, around four important priorities:

1. Support strong wording on the fight against all forms of poverty and social exclusion

2. Support an ambitious Guideline 8 on combatting poverty and social exclusion for all

3. Support pathway approaches to quality jobs and inclusive labour markets

4. Support meaningful stakeholder participation, including of civil society organisations
