Question 1: Will the Commissioner commit to actively consult with civil society and social partners prior to the development and implementation of the CSRs, which could be done in conjunction with the European Parliament on an annual basis, prior to the adoption of the AGS?
Question 2: Can the Commissioner confirm that the CSRs are an instrument to deliver on all Europe 2020 targets* in all MS including countries under Troika programme arrangements, and that the social and environmental targets are put on an equal footing with macroeconomic objectives and encompass a rights-based approach which includes gender equality?
And if so, how is this being assessed, to ensure macro-economic objectives, CSRs and budget proposals are mutually enhancing, through effective ex-ante and ex-post impact assessments?
