This conference was a great opportunity to gather the expertise coming from practioners, researchers, individuals so as to make progress on this issue with 2 panel discussions (one with organisations engaged in local food supply schemes; another with “traditional” organisations distributing Food aid and a Representative from the French Ministry in charge of Social Affairs).
