It shall improve the living conditions of some young people, FNARS says, but it is still far from the youth global policy that FNARS has been fighting for for several years within the Youth Commission and it leaves aside the most vulnerable. If the plan tackles the issue of access to financial resources, the conditions of access to RSA (minimum income) remain too restrictive: only 2,7% of young people aged 18-25 can access to it, whereas 20% of them live under the poverty threshold. FNARS also regrets that young people estranged from their families are not taken into account in this plan.
