The meeting will start with the description of good practices in Europe, specifically in Belgium and Italy: the experience of the Italian delegation at the European Meeting of people in Poverty, the “contrat de quartier” from Belgium and the law on Participation of the Region of Tuscany, the first and only Italian law on the issue. The three following workshops will discuss “participation and citizenship” vis-à-vis the institutions, the third sector and the delivery of social services for all.
