On April 22 EAPN Melilla organised an event to discuss Minimum Income schemes in Spain and in Europe.
EAPN Spain’s Policy Coordinator Ms. Graciela Malgesini gave a presentation in the city’s Exhibition and Conference Centre which was attended by about 30 participants.
The meeting was followed by a round-table discussion with three People Experiencing Poverty who have applied for Minimum Income at some point in their lives or are current beneficiaries.
