This is an analysis of the European Union’s mid-term review of the current 2000-6 round of the structural funds from the perspective of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) combating poverty and social exclusion.
Information was supplied by the members of the European Anti-Poverty Network (EAPN). EAPN believes that the structural funds have considerable potential to reduce and alleviate poverty. The mid-term review is a key point at which their effectiveness can be assessed.
