The guide is based on the current experience of EAPN and the non governmental organisations in Western Europe which have experience of using funds from the European Union and other sources. Advice from a range of sources on how to make successful funding applications has been incorporated into this guide.
There are some non governmental organisations in Central and Eastern Europe who have useful information and who are already highly skilled in writing proposals and funding applications. Their criticisms and comments are welcome. Hopefully this guide will help the process of exchange of information.
