EAPN recently released a new report on “Social economy as a tool for inclusion” based on a seminar the Employment and Structural Funds Task Forces of EAPN held on 3 November 2006 in Malta.
EAPN has for some time highlighted social economy as a key potential tool for helping to support people experiencing poverty into the labour market, lifelong learning and out of social exclusion. This report provides a summary of the inputs and discussions that took place at the seminar as well as setting out the conclusions and next steps for EAPN.
EAPN will carry on working on social economy issues in the coming months.
