Jana Hainsworth, Chief Executive for Eurochild, presented the new Implementation Handbook for the EU Alliance for Investing in Children, where EAPN’s Estonian advocacy case study is represented. EAPN joined other Alliance members in calling for a child guarantee implementing an integrated package of resources and services to every child – to implement the Investing in Children Recommendation 3 pillar approach – adequate resources, services and participation.
