This report reviews the first National Action Plans for Inclusion from the perspective of the reactions of the national EAPN Networks. It compares and contrasts the approach and content of the NAPincls of the 15 Member States. It then draws some overall conclusions.
The report is based mainly on the national Networks’ responses to the EAPN questionnaire on their countries’ NAPincls. These commentaries included brief overviews of Network satisfaction by country. An analysis of the fifteen Networks’ reactions to each question in the EAPN questionnaire is also presented.
