Presented in the Council of Ministers on 29/08, it aims at giving access to sustainable employment for young people, giving priority to low-skilled and unskilled young people living in areas with high levels of unemployment. The networks of Inclusion through Economic Activity (IAE) deplore however the fact they were not consulted on this law project and denounce that the social inclusion professionals are not even mentioned, even less so considered, in the 1st draft legislation. They question the feasibility of such a project without taking on board social inclusion enterprises and organisations, ie professionals in the field.
