At the end of 2006, EAPN members have reviewed the 2006 Implementation reports on the National Reform Programs, through a common questionnaire, primarily focused on the employment elements of the reports.
This report is based on the initial findings of the 13 questionnaires received.This paper sets out the findings and key messages that have been drawn from an analysis of the EAPN national and European member’s responses.
It should be read in tandem with the EAPN assessment of the Strategic Reports of the Streamlined Social Protection and Social Inclusion Strategy 2006:“What do they deliver for people in poverty?”
