23/02/2015- Socialising the European Semester? Economic Governance and Social Policy Coordination in Europe 2020.

This report, prepared for the Swedish Institute of European Studies, argues about a progressive socialisation of the European Semester since 2011. Both, Jonathan Zeitlin and Bart Vanhercke, consider this socialisation a result of European Commission’s reposnse to social disconent after austerity measures but also, as a consequence of new adaption from the part of social and employment actors.
