The project is promoted by the Alliances to Fight Poverty: an informal network of academics, grass root organizations, social organizations and unions striving for a Europe of solidarity, especially for the most vulnerable. EAPN Europe presented their perspective on socializing and democratizing the European Semester, in response to input by Jonathan Zeitlin, University of Antwerp. In the round-table on Juncker’s Investment Package, EAPN Portugal provided an analysis of the impact of the crisis on Portugal making positive proposals for social investment. EAPN Portugal and Scotland are partners to the project and EAPN Europe is on the Advisory Board.
