Dignity and Well-being: Exchange for changing Seminar

SMES-Europa, with partners of the project Erasmus+, organise the European Seminar : “Dignity and Well-being- Exchange for changing” , to conclude and to disseminate the results of the Erasmus+ project.

The Seminar will take place in Warsaw on 9 May 2019. 

The purpose of this seminar is to exchange of experience and views on:

1. how to promote  fundamental rights and well-being for persons in extreme poverty situation,  connected with severe mental health problems, helping them for :
   1. social assistance,
   2. adequate housing,
   3. proper healthcare,
   4. participation opportunities;
2. how to ensure better cooperation and coordination between services and institutions helping such persons – especially on the junction of social and health fields;
3. how to reach out to those isolated in most precarious conditions.
