26/06/2012 – BAPN organises meetings with Secretary of State for social integration Maggy De Block and grassroots organisations to give visibility to the latter’s activities and work. Meetings are organized in collaboration with members of BAPN and of its regional networks.

FNARS sent the Minister of Equality of Territories and Housing an evaluation of the number of places available this winter and of the number that should remain available. 75% of all places opened for the winter have closed down.
May 2012 – Last January, EAPN Estonia released a press release calling for a rise in the subsistence benefits, still ridiculously low in Estonia — 76,70 EUR for first person (and 80 % each next family member) after accommodation costs, while the monthly food basket costs 77,58 EUR per person. Press release was picked up by most national newspapers.
