The 2010 Coalition of Social NGOs calls on everyone to join and form a Human Ring around the European Parliament on 19 November, from 12:15 till 13:30. Taking the form of a citizens’ flashmob, this event calls for a credible response to the crisis and reclaims the European Institutions as People’s institutions.

On 17-18 September, EAPN organized the first in a series of trainings for the Anti-Poverty Network of Serbia. This training and other activities are happening as part of a one-year EU funded project lead by SECONS development initiative group and involving 11 focus point organizations representing various groups of people experiencing poverty and social exclusion and service providers throughout Serbia.
