Last March Hungary celebrated the anniversary of the 1848 Revolution and fight for freedom (against the Habsburgs). An important point of the Revolution was the publishing and disseminating of the “12 points”, which were the main requirements of the Revolutionists regarding freedom in Hungary.

In its response to the guidance note for the Strategic Reports 2008-11, EAPN would like to highlight its satisfaction, but insists it would have liked more time for consultation.
